Dear Patch Middle School Families

We’ve had another fantastic week here at Patch Middle School! Our students are engaged, working hard, and showing great enthusiasm for learning. In classrooms across the school, we’ve seen exciting projects come to life—whether it’s hands-on science experiments, creative writing pieces, or collaborative problem-solving in math. Our teachers are committed to fostering a positive and enriching environment where every student can thrive, and it has been wonderful to see their hard work pay off.

This quarter, our PBIS focus is "Always Care," and we are celebrating our students for their acts of kindness. Whether it’s helping a classmate, showing respect to peers and staff, or making our school a welcoming place for all, we want to recognize and encourage these meaningful actions. Throughout the coming weeks, we will be spotlighting students who go above and beyond in demonstrating kindness, so keep an eye out for celebrations and shout-outs! Thank you for your continued support in helping us create a culture of care and positivity at Patch Middle School.

Positive Office Referrals - Students Caught Caring!

Student with award

At Patch Middle School, we believe in recognizing students who go above and beyond to create a positive and supportive environment. This month, several students received Positive Office Referrals for demonstrating kindness and compassion toward their peers, both in and out of the classroom. Whether helping a classmate with a tough assignment, including someone new at lunch, or offering words of encouragement during a challenging moment, these students embody the values of respect and empathy that make our school community stronger. Their actions serve as a reminder that small gestures of kindness can have a big impact, and we are proud to celebrate their efforts!

Receiving Positive Office Referrals not only celebrates students' kindness but also reinforces the importance of empathy and leadership in their school journey. Demonstrating positive character traits like compassion and teamwork can strengthen their relationships with peers and teachers, creating a more supportive learning environment.
