Storytime Surprise
Patch MS Authors Visit Patch Elementary

Patch Middle School’s Creative Writing classes, led by Mrs. Rodriguez and Ms. Liufau, recently took a special trip to Patch Elementary School to share their original short stories with younger students. The visit was part of a collaborative effort to promote literacy, creativity, and confidence in student voices. Middle school students spent time reading their self-written stories aloud to elementary classes, sparking smiles, laughter, and thoughtful questions from their younger audience.
The event was a wonderful opportunity for Patch MS students to showcase their writing skills and connect with future Panthers. The elementary students were captivated by the creative characters and imaginative plots, while the middle schoolers took pride in presenting work they had carefully crafted and revised. It was a celebration of storytelling, peer connection, and the power of sharing one’s voice—an experience that left everyone inspired and eager to write more.
