Patch MS 6th Graders Are Off to a Great Start!

The start of middle school can be a big adjustment, but Patch Middle School’s 6th grade students are making the transition with confidence and enthusiasm. Teachers across all subject areas agree that this year’s 6th graders are off to a fantastic start.

In their first few weeks at Patch MS, students have been busy learning key organizational skills and developing strong habits that will help them succeed throughout their middle school years. From managing lockers and changing classes to keeping track of assignments, they are already showing growth in responsibility and independence.

To celebrate their smooth transition and all the hard work they’ve put in, 6th graders enjoyed a special “Jersey Day”—a fun event just for them that highlighted their spirit and teamwork.

We’re proud of how well our 6th grade students are settling in, and we’re excited to see all they will accomplish this year. Thank you to our dedicated teachers and staff—and to families—for supporting a successful start to middle school!
